How to apply

Follow these simple steps to apply for your place at Bedford College or Shuttleworth College...

1. Shortlist your favourite study programmes and attend an Open Day

Visit our courses for the full list, or to pre-register for one of our open days here.

2. Apply online

Apply online for your chosen study programme. If you do not have access to a computer you can give us a call, drop us an email or chat with us on line and we can help you. 

3. Receive an offer

We will arrange a telephone interview or information, advice and guidance session with you so you can find out more about your course. You will also have the opportunity to chat with a tutor. Who will make you a course offer. Please download our useful guide here to help you prepare for your telephone interviews. 

4. Attend your Welcome Day

Due to the current COVID situation we are unsure if we will be able to invite you in personally to attend a Welcome Day (date TBC), this is where you would get a taste of college life, meet your tutors and make new friends. Please do not worry if it is not able to go ahead you will not miss out we will do something else for you instead. 

5. Enrolment

You will be invited to enrol onto your study programme in late August / Early September 2021 (dates TBC). 

6. Start your study programme

Our term begins on Monday 13 September 2021.
