Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition NCFE Level 2 Certificate

This distance learning course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualification whilst working. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.

Course content

This qualification is designed for those who wish to learn how to improve their personal health and well-being.  The qualification enables learners to gain knowledge and understanding of the positive effects of exercise on long-term health and well-being and implementing an exercise plan with the appropriate nutritional requirements.

You will study the following modules: 

  1. Understand Health, Well-being and Exercise
  2. Understand the Role of Nutrition in Exercise
  3. Plan and Prepare for Personal Exercise and Nutrition

Assessment methods

Learners will be provided with a resource pack with assessment booklets to complete.

Qualifications

Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition NCFE Level 2 Certificate
Additional information

Please note that an administration charge of £100 will be charged if learners do not complete the course within the allocated 16 weeks.
